    It looks sort've like a Louis XV style but I'm not expert. Is this a proper antique or a replica? I've got a set of them.

      Need some better pictures to be certain.

      From what I do see, I don't see a lot of age.

      That appears to be the type of wide seat to accommodate the outrageously full skirts of the day alright! Is it needlepoint (reg.) or pettipoint (teeny stitches) that too would help a little toward solving the mystery.They are really clean and "fresh" appearing and would really look wonderful with your period decor. How lovely for you.
