Ruffled Bowl ~ Fenton Valencia ~ Avocado Green

I have spent hours upon, looking for information about this bowl. It is beautiful, with a unique notched base and a smooth bottom normally reserved for the nicer glass. Has a couple tiny bubbles, and no trace of seams anywhere. Hand Blown? I think it's a very nice piece.
