It sits about 12" tall. I found when cleaning out my parents house. It has OMC Japan on the bottom. It does have 4 skinny type tea cups ( I think) that were with it. Not even sure if this is used for tea.
Otagiri Mercantile Company, many unusual modern and interesting designs, always very well done.
Can you tell me if its a tea pot. I found skinny what looks kind of like shot glasses with the pot.
That's an early label, too, I have an Otagiri mug, but from later.
Most likely sake.
