The model is 116-245. The interior is red which makes me think it was painted blue. Thoughts on time period? It dispenses but doesn't cool. Easy fix?

Maybe it needs a condenser? Check with a local refrigerator appliance repair. Use all four pics. Show inside.
It used to be a Pepsi machine - that's Pepsi Blue. And I do not think that is the model number. Who is the maker?
It is pre-tab top cans, so late 60's early 70's would be my guess.
Looks like a Cornelius 50-0814-800. Orf a Cavalier 72. A full picture would benice.
Almost looks like 'Pepsi' blue.
