Tell me more Tree

Spring wound revolving tree. Plays a pleasant sounding Silver Bells. 10" high; 4" diameter base. A Goodwill find. Base was very tarnished but it turned very silvery when polished, but no makers Mark or silver marking on it. Four red crystals around base. Tree limb's are attached at the very top in the very bottom, but the rest are merely bent around the center pole so the tree can sort of jiggle. Old? New made to look old? I cannot find anything like it but that doesn't mean they weren't sold by the millions at Target!! It pleases me and I will keep it -would just like to know if someone knows anything about it.
