    Copley meat fork patent for the fork stand and spring gadget . Alfred Copley received patent #US413359A on Oct.22 1889 . Also a patent in England .Patent #12,865 Sept 27 1884 . The 1884 diagram looks like this fork.Diagram from 1889 patent has a added piece on the back
