Vintage cameo and ring set

Inherited from my grandmother estate and currently on a journey to know the history of the pieces I've been handed down. All I know of this set is that my uncle while serving as a medic during the Vietnam war, purchased these for my grandmother and sent them to her. The pendant is stamped 14k and the ring is stamped 10k. Both have a diamond in the setting. I know nothing about cameos so appreciate any feedback. I'm going to assume the period of these pieces are between 1960 -1970's, but I could be wrong.
