realy cool aristo stopwatch / chronograph?

OK heres an oddity its a Swiss made stopwatch with a very elaborate posibly Venus column wheel chronograph movement,..i cant see that a hour hand can be fit to it ,..although i marked the shaft behind the chrono center second hand and it rotates hourly so it could have a min hand,..and i cant pull out the stem to set it , so maybe it never had hour or min hands ,..doesn't explain why it has a constantly running second hand in the lower register the other 2 being the normal chrono functions snap back second and a half hour register ,..anyone know anything about this ? its a 7 jewel very elaborate movement and has me confused,..its cool tho and i got it for very reasonable from someone who thought it was broken .
realy a stumper for me so far.
