This is a green Wedgewood toothpick holder, or a tiny vase measuring 3.5" x 2.75". It is ribbed on the lower part of the vase. The base has a wreath around it and the top has Grecian pictures that Wedgewood is known for. I believe it is 1966. Thank you for stopping by.
