the frame kind of bridges deco and industrial design. i love green glass things and this is a good example of it. probably 1940s - 60s, wouldn't you think? the old postcards are cool too! both are vintage and never used. the modern one is from 1962 which is when the california population surpassed all other states. the other one is earlier, but not sure when.
I've recently begun collecting postcards but haven't found any of the large letter ones like yours. They're great!
