This week I came across this Beautiful Arts and Crafts Enameled Brass Brooch. It is a Landscape scene with trees and a Mountainous background. The Painted Enamel Colors are Brillant and look like a portrait. It measures just under 3" long by 1 1/2". It has an Etched Name of Morris on the Back. It's a treasure to me And I would like to learn more about the artist but came up empty handed. Thank you for your reply if you have any information!

I believe you have an old Morpho butterfly wing brooch. I'm no expert at all, but the clasp and the brooch setting tells of its' age.
I hope someone will come along to either confirm or repudiate my findings.
