Mexican 950 Silver Long Hook Earrings

Found these 950 silver earrings in a jar I bought from a thrift store nearby. They definitely seem to be Mexican origin. They are rather large almost comical in size. They measure 3 inches long x 1 3/4 inches wide, weigh 7.7 grams each (15.5g total weight). They look like bells or some kind of flower. They markings are pretty faded but almost resemble the Artemio Navarrette markings but who knows, maybe you know something I don’t.
