I don’t have any ide what this is but it consists of: 2 (around 1inch tall) cups, a plate and a thing that looks like a pestle (as in mortar and pestle). Any information would be appreciated!

Yes, mortars and pestle and some sort of tray, possibly for the crushed herbs. Typically these small ones were for crushing pills into powder but can also be used for small batches of other things.
I'm guessing India exports. Post-1950.
