Found this at a goodwill in Portland Oregon if anyone has any information about it I would love to know more. It is one of my favorites but has no marks or anything.

Hi Rusty I can put this mystery to rest. The artist is my Mom Diane Briegleb. She actually has been making the ceramic faces for about 40 years and at one time was putting them into bracelets. She is 86 now so she is slowing down a bit but she is working on a new batch of ceramic faces as we speak. If you would like to learn more this is our website. PS The bracelt was probably make somewhere in the early 2000's would be my guess. She hasn't made them for years.
