This lamp has been in my family a long time and I don't know anything about antiques. There are no names anywhere on it. There is green felt on the bottom.

First guess this is German,definitely European, but the only way of being certain would be a mark or an id from a similar piece.
If you are willing, possibly removing the felt would expose a mark.
