Beautiful, but how is it determined to be ancient or antique?
To be confirmed I would need to know the mark. It is only my supposition, but material let us know rough estimation.
Although I have no expertise I rather suspect it is Japanese (chintz?) Cannot offer any info on the mark. In any case, quite charming.
