      The emblem on the bottom of the bottle is symbol for the glass manufacturer. The picture is a bit fuzzy but the mark appears to be a diamond-oval-I, this represents the Owens Illinois Glass Co. The numbers would represent mold number, date and which glass factory made the bottle. I cannot decipher the numbers at this time. Just a bit unclear.

      The glass company mark on the bottom is for Owens-Illinois. That mark was used between 1929 and 1956
