Table Lighter

Bronze dutch boy shoe shine table lighter Nice details and on the heavy side. Stands 4 1/2 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches wide. Has the Evans lighter insert. No idea who made this or year? I guess one could change the insert from any brand of lighter, and call it that. But for now, it's an Evans table lighter. Still a nice piece in my collection.
