Glass dog sculpture

Can anyone please tell me anything about this piece of glass art. I cant find any signature on it or stamp. Im not sure if its murano glass or not. I volunteer for a local charity where I live and we occasionally do car boots sales. The items people don't sell and don't want to take home are donated to us. I cant help but think it is quiet unique, but I can't seem to find any information on the little pooch. I seem to think it is modelled around a doberman or pinscher dog, with the pointed ears and small docked tail (the tail unfortunately is slightly chipped) not sure about the white around the neck tho.
