    It is a beautiful vase 13" tall and about 6" around at the widest point. It looks like the flowers are handpainted and trimmed in a raised gold border. The top and base have a black band with gold trim around it. It has a matt finish on the outside and glazed inside. I would appreciate any information you could give as I have not been successful at finding any thing myself.

      Hi, this would have been one of a pair of mantle vases, that is why the back is plain.
      Looking at the thicker paint lining then infilled with paint to make the decoration i would say Bohemia, but that is just my humble opinion.
