Wondering if anyone can identify this tool?? Not sure what it’s for. Has no script except a 2 on the back of the socket. Appreciate your input if you know what it is!!

If it doesn't have any sort of ratchet mechanism (doesn't look like it?) I'd guess it is a wrench/handle to operate some sort of large valve in a pipeline or industrial application -- or maybe something on a tractor or farm implement??
Something obscure a car entusiast might know or at least in my mind, think it is quite wonderful !~
