Help with Possible French? Opaline Enameled Glass Vase

Hi everyone. Today I need help confirming what I think of this nice little vase. I think it is of French origin, sometime mid to late 1800s? I think this is Opaline Glass (once again, I could be mistaken:)). The floral decoration is thick and I believe to be enamel. Nice pontil.

I have also thought this could be of a Czech/Bohemian origin as well? The blue has me thinking French lol.
