I tried looking this up to identify the pattern or just it just haven’t had much luck. I thought it might be a special design for children only due to the inscription on the back-would live some help!

I did notice your picture says A.Stowell & Co.
A. Stowell & Co. was a jewelry retailer located in Charleston and Boston, Massachusetts during the 1800s. Beginning in 1822, three generations of brothers provided jewelry, silverware, hair ornaments, fans, and opera glasses to New England.
I'm going to make a guess..that A. Stowell & Co. engraved the fork with the baby stuff(as jewelers) and stamped their name on it? It appears in the pictures like that their name was stamped? More research is needed to verify that both companies existed during that time frame?
Either that or someone copied that motif?
Ok. So after another look..maybe the pattern is different. I'm on my phone and it's hard to zoom the replacement.com pictures..
Hi-I do know about the identify tool on replacements.com and the company of Alexander Stowell, but I didn’t find anything on this pattern. The maker mark next to the patent is hard to identify in foreign makers as well!
