Help???

I have 2 items, which I'm having a very difficult time finding much on. If anyone could help me, I greatly in advance thank you very much.

Item 1 is a 6 pack unopened Miller Special Reserve. Cap is stamped 09 25 2 1 and Georgia is imprinted on the cap (Miller opened a plant in Albany Ga. in 1979). The bottle base shows 82 A1. I purchased the beer around early 1980ties so, 1982 must be year produced.

Item 2 is a Smirnoff de Czar Special, opened but very good condition bottle. I've seen sites of people searching for the bottle, but no idea of value on this or the other.
