W.germany is the only markings I can see, curious about age era. What kind of materials it is made of , anything and everything

It does look like a glass rhinestone on these clip ons, but hopefully you know how to determine that. Pretty basic, cannot see back, so not much better than a generic metal construction so no way to determine as 98% of makers left no records whatsoever. Not sure if it was using glue or just prong set, although the best jewellers used no glue. W. German it prob is glass rhinestones, maybe Swarovski.
