Hello I don’t know anything about this and stamp on the bottom has faded but think it’s Greek and hopefully someone else will know more about it

Height? Width across base? What does the material feel like, stone (marble maybe)? bone or ivory? An early plastic or resin?
Might help.
It feels like soapstone or maybe reconstituted of some kind
