Vintage silver earring

Hello I thought I’d post this interesting earring, got a feeling this was a nice pair , looks well made And solid silver with a lattice design, not sure if it’s meant to be Celtic or just random, quite heavy as it’s solid and think this could easily be converted to a pendant , I wonder how old it could be as looks fairly old
