niagara falls souvenirs (NY side) from the great depression era

If anyone can give me any information on these pieces I would greatly appreciate it. I have been researching for months and have not found another pair like it or even similar. Having the pair gives them good value and I would love to know more about them. The base of the feet says " Souvenir of Niagara Falls, NY.
