This doll does have three different faces. Happy, Sad and sleepy. I can't find anything else on the doll.

I need to see part of body also . show me legs up to hip . It appears to be maybe a Japan version of the the Antique trudy doll . That was original 3 faced doll
They also sold kits to make them .
