I would say 1920's - 40's Deco style. Very nice! On CW we cannot quote you any pricing ..that would be at a jewelry store.....appraisals.

Stunning ! I would do like moonstone said take it to a jewlery store , they can look at csoser under a loop at stones ect and give you a apprasial . I do love it !
