This old padlock belongs to my brother. We are curious about it's origin, and some idea of the value. If anybody on this site has any ideas, I would like to hear it!
The body of the lock is about 2.5 inches each way...and is made of iron or steel. The hasp is also iron or steel, but the key hole and the little cover are brass...
    I am a railroad buff, but don't recognize "W & Co."

Looks like an average 1890s - 1900s lever padlock. I believe the maker is Wilcox & Co.
