Not sure what these were used for. They look like something you would use to grap and pull towards you. I don't think the teeth are long enough for pulling ice blocks, hay bales, or meat slabs. Any ideas?
Grooming horses, cattle or dogs perhaps? To remove mud from the fur, e.g. Just a wild guess...
