A 1901 Dunbartonshire Constabulary Police whistle. I was able to determine a date for this whistle using these charts from the following link: http://whistlecollection.yolasite.com/charts.php
After considerable research I have established that you can date a lot of J.Hudson tubular whistles if they have address stamps on them.
