      The jug comes from the province of Alsace, France, from the town of Bettschdorf. It may have been made at Remmy Sandstone Pottery (PAGA), but I am not certain.

      Written on the bottom of the jug: Grès, d'Alsace, ??? ???, Bettschdorf

      Thanks mp, great help I was thinking German because of the look of it, I thought the writing was a place in Germany
